Booking, Cancellation & Tour Policies

Booking Your Tour

River Dogz accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa for tour bookings. All tours must be booked through the River Dogz website or by contacting our office directly. Upon confirmation of your tour, pre-authorized funds will be captured. A confirmation email will be sent containing all necessary information regarding your tour’s location and time.

Please note that a $40 per person, per tour fee is non-refundable and non-transferable upon booking confirmation. To request changes to your tour date or type, please reply to your confirmation email. A $40 per participant charge will apply to any date or tour modifications.

For single participants, River Dogz will provide booking confirmation within 48 hours of the tour start time, as minimum participant requirements apply.

River Dogz reserves the right to change the tour start time to account for weather, daylight savings, preserving sunlight in Emerald Cove, and/or other circumstances in which the change will result in a better and safer experience for the guest. In this case, River Dogz will always provide at least 24 hours notice on any time changes.

Cancelling Your Tour

To cancel a tour, you must notify River Dogz at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled shuttle pick-up time or tour meet-up time (if providing your own transportation). This notification should be sent by replying to your confirmation email with a cancellation request.

  • Standard Tours: If cancelled 48 hours in advance, the tour amount will be refunded, less a $40 per person, per tour fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
  • Custom, Group (10+ participants), and Promotional Tours: These bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Hoover Dam Tour: A cancellation or rescheduling fee of $65 applies to our Hoover Dam Tour due to non-refundable and non-changeable permit purchases with the park service.

River Dogz strives to accommodate guests by offering rescheduling options or future credit when possible. These courtesies are at the discretion of management and may incur additional fees.
