Self-Guided Kayak Rentals

My experience yesterday was one for the books! I’ve kayaked before in smaller areas, but never in a million years did I imagine I’d be kayaking on the Colorado River especially for 4 miles!This was a solo trip, and I definitely second guessed booking it at first. I’m so glad I did. Haley was an amazing instructor, and if I book another trip, I’ll definitely be requesting her.Everyone in my group was so genuine and welcoming. They made me feel like part of the family from the moment we met. We all came from different places and had our own journeys, but we shared an unforgettable experience together.Thank you all for making this adventure so much fun. River Dogz crew were excellent. When we arrived at Willow Beach, all kayaks were at waterfront ready for us. Complimentary cold water bottles were passed out, with encouragement to drink before you get thirsty. Julia our guide was excellent. As a fellow "rock nerd" herself, she gave great history of area and bit on Hoover Dam too. Excellent professional outfit!

It was such a great activity, our guide was very kind and knowledgeable. The views were breathtaking. Would love to come back and would definitely choose River Dogz again.

River Dogs got the Groove I persuaded my family into jumping on the river for the Emerald Cave tour. And were they glad that I did! We had an amazing day on the water! Our tour guide Ryan did a fantastic job sharing the history of the area as we journeyed to Willow Creek and beyond. While on the water we enjoyed the river's natural beauty and wildlife, the coolness of the water which offset the warmth of the day, and shared gratitude for each other and the opportunity to have experienced such joy together.. We were fortunate and encountered a bit of wild life while on the water: bald eagle, red tailed eagle, turkey buzzards, and a rattlesnake. We've already decided that we're doing another tour the next time we're in Las Vegas. I definitely recommend this tour with the River Dogs!

An absolutely fantastic experience. The guides were spot on and you could feel their love for the area, its wildlife and their desire in making sure their guests were having a great time. Our biggest takeaway was the water. The water is amazing- clear, cool, refreshing and see through. We also saw many bighorn sheep! They also send you a bunch of pictures after your adventure. Thank you River Dogz for the memories!

Haylee was great picked us up at Hotel. Gave us a great day. on the river she was very clear as far as keeping us with what to expect and how to on our experience great time i went with my niece and we shared a kayak and we both left happy with our experience
