Hiking Tours

Our tour guide Michelle was very friendly and engaging, and led us on a fun, safe and an informative trip on the Colorado river up to the Emerald caves. Her tour pointed out a number of animals and history of the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our kayaking adventure and the beautiful scenery. This tour was a great adventure!

We had a great time on our tour to the Emerald Cove with River Dogz led by Preston. The experience booking was super easy and they are great at communicating with you ahead of time giving lots of details. The kayaking is awesome and the river is so clean. The guides are knowledgeable and super friendly.Be aware that the kayaking can be a bit challenging when going against the wind but is definitely doable. My daughter and I did it without any trouble against the wind even pulling some paddle boarders who couldn’t make headway against the wind! Also no cell reception when you get down to and onto the river.Definitely recommend RiverDogz.

Our Guide Michele was Incredible! I was windy!! Which made it even more adventurous in my Opinion. She was Kind and Courteous and even save too other People from the windy conditions who weren’t even on our tour! She is Amazing!We had a Blast!!

Communication from the company was exceptional from time of booking to the date of the tour.A beautiful adventure on the water!

FANTASTIC!! Our guide Griffin was the best!! We saw everything we expected and then some, learned a ton along the way too!! Griffin had our trip timed perfectly to enjoy every aspect of what the river had to offer! Wonderful snacks included fresh fruit, bars and water, so didn't need a thing, he even had sunscreen if someone forgot (and you definitely need it). Highly recommend…great trip!!
