A lot of my review has to do with the communication between this business and myself. I bought a voucher thru Groupon and it became unclear as to whether or not I was booked so I called and got my appointment locked in. Then, on the day of, I was a few minutes late due to a wrong turn and notified the River Dogs customer service to which they replied I was still set and that it wouldn’t be an issue. The only trouble I had was locating them upon arrival because the gps took me all the way to the end of the dock area but we found them towards the entrance. Very easy, very quick and chill experience. Would recommend this company

Our group had an absolute blast with River Dogz! From start to finish, every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. A special shoutout to our guide Ryan — great energy, genuinely passionate about the area, and took the time to customize our experience and share local recommendations that made the trip feel really personal. Was an incredible experience. Did the Emerald Cove Kayak Trip and it was everything i could have asked for. Great guides snd people! 10/10 recommended!

This was truly an amazing adventure!! The river is so beautiful in this area, with so much to see along the entire route. The geology of the area has very rocky formations shooting out with both indigenous and new vegetation growing near the bottom along the river, so interesting to see. The river is extremely cold like just melted snow cold at 53 degrees, but refreshing from the 110 degree heat! Saw lots of wild life; mountain goats, eagles, turns, ducks, fox! Our guide was so knowledgeable about everything in the area and along the route from the Vegas pickup point! He was very caring about the whole groups ability levels to kayak and never rushed anyone or anything. Absolutely great trip to relax and see nature, take pics! Bring sunscreen, trip has much water and great snacks for all!

Phenomenal experience. Views are incredible. Water felt great in the summer heat. Seeing ample wildlife, although not guaranteed, was a great perk!!Michelle works year round to make outdoor tourism in the Vegas area an outstanding experience. She is a gem!!!
